Toma Romero is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Holistic Cancer Coach, and keynote speaker specializing in complex women’s health. • Meaningful discussion rather than one-way lecturing
• Practical strategies participants can begin using immediately
• A thoughtful exploration of how culture, stress, environment, and daily habits influence women’s health

Client & Audience Feedback
These reflections come from women and academic partners who have experienced my work in both clinical and educational settings.
Toma’s impact extends beyond her classes. Her contributions to our study have significantly enriched our program, enhancing the learning experience for our participants and adding valuable insights to our research. We are exceedingly fortunate to have her as part of our study team, and I am confident that she would bring the same level of excellence and dedication to any speaking engagement.

Toma provided me information regarding my physical activity, I was thinking of doing intense cardio, but we discussed my anxiety, and she said to try something more calming, such as walking in nature, yoga, etc. I do, and it is very calming. I am excited to continue this journey with her to a healthier me!
