Over the course of four weeks, we will:

Restoration: Hormone & Metabolic Support (3 Months)
For women ready to move beyond initial stabilization and begin deeper, more personalized support.
This phase builds upon your foundation and supports deeper imbalances contributing to hormone disruption, fatigue, and chronic stress.
It is also a supportive space for those navigating more complex conditions, including Lyme disease or cancer recovery.
Over the course of three months, we will:

• Address metabolic and inflammatory patterns that may be impacting progress
• Adjust and refine your protocol as your body adapts

Resilience: Root-Cause Recovery & Long-Term Support (6 Months)
As your body becomes more regulated and supported, we shift into identifying and working through root contributors while strengthening your ability to sustain progress over time.
Over the course of six months, we will:
• Explore deeper root contributors that may be impacting your health
• Continue refining your personalized approach as your body evolves
• Support long-term nervous system regulation and adaptability
• Strengthen consistency in nutrition, lifestyle, and daily rhythms
• Build confidence in understanding and responding to your body’s needs
Includes ongoing guidance, one-on-one connection, and continued support throughout your healing process.

Lab Clarity Session
A 1:1 session where we review your labs together and look a little deeper at what they may be reflecting in your body.

Additional Support: GLP-1 Guidance
For women currently using, or considering, GLP-1 medications, I offer supportive guidance to ensure your body is nourished, stable, and protected throughout the process.
While these medications can be a helpful tool, many women are not given the support needed to maintain muscle, energy, and hormonal balance while using them.
My approach focuses on:
- Preventing undernourishment and muscle loss
- Supporting metabolism and blood sugar stability
- Reducing common side effects such as fatigue, nausea, and constipation
- Ensuring your body is supported both during and after use
