I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner specializing in stress and hormone support for women who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and out of sync with their bodies.

My approach to healing is both professional and personal.

My work also acknowledges that hormone health is shaped not only by nutrition, but also by lived experience, including the cultural and systemic stress many women of color face.

After being diagnosed with late-stage Lyme disease, I know firsthand how chronic stress, inflammation, and nervous system overload can impact hormones, energy, and resilience. This has shaped my understanding of root-cause healing and reinforced my belief that symptoms are communication, not failure.

It also deepened my commitment to helping women restore balance in sustainable, evidence-informed ways.

In addition to my work as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I am a Certified Holistic Cancer Coach. This training expanded my expertise in metabolic health, inflammation, and long-term disease prevention, perspectives I thoughtfully integrate into every client relationship.
